The WF20 is a fully
automatic case former / case erector with tape head and tool less changeover. Wexxar's Pin & Dome
machines have, for the last 25 years, become the standard for major customers who demand the highest
quality output and maximum uptime.
From this experience, the Pin & Dome technology for case forming
equipment has now evolved to be available to the mid-speed, mid-priced market. Box one is ready to run
without the use of tools or guide-books. A color-coded, tactile guide offers a more efficient, friendly
set-up for operators. The Tilt-out Tape Head (for the tape version), and the easy kip handle
adjustments are all extra details that allow for a completely tool less, convenient changeover, in less
than 5 minutes. |

The HPE-NS High
Performance Erector New Style Bottom Sealer was designed like all Marq case erectors to run 24/7 365
days a year. The bundle hopper reduces the amount of lifting required by the operator because multiple
stacks of cases can be placed onto the hopper, which is ever increasable, and will automatically feed
into machine. With our floating center channel this makes multiple size cases a very positive transfer
through machine.The HPE-NS has the ability to run RSC, HSC FOL, AFM and seal with either tape or glue.
Machine is available in standard, medium, large and super frame. The Quick Change Option is available
to do a change over in less than a minute.

The HPE High Performance
Erector Bottom Sealer was designed for the uncontrollable cases, with its dual bottom flight lugs as
well as a single top lug this machine is ideal for stove pipe style cases. Like all Marq case erectors
this incorporates 3/16 heavy duty welded construction, top and bottom vacuum cups assure positive setup
action even for double walled cases. The HPE also incorporates easy accessibility for servicing and
adjustments as well as all components available locally. The HPE has the ability to run RSC, HSC, FOL
and AFM cases as well as the ability to use tape or hot melt glue. The HPE comes in standard, medium
and large frame sizes.
