Uniform Case Sealers

We carry a wide, wide array of case sealers. These machines are typically grouped into semi-automatic (case top flaps are manually closed before being fed into the sealer) and fully-automatic (the machine folds the top flaps as the case enters the sealer).

You can also choose equipment that is uniform (the sealer is manually adjusted to a case size) and random (the sealer automatically adjusts to the case size).

AS Auto Side Drive Carton Sealer

The BestPack® AS series are standard operator-free, carton-sealing machines designed to meet the needs of uniform in-line carton closure applications. The units are two belt driven (two side belts driven), driven by three electric 110V UL approved motors. The AS series carton sealers are designed with a four column support structure. These units use 60 PSI and 4-5 CFM of air.

BEL 290 AUTOMATIC CASE SEALER - The BEL 290 is designed to meet the demands of heavy-duty applications and to minimize energy waste during slow or paused case production upstream. It is equipped with Power Saver Mode as well as other popular Wexxar/BEL features, including easy touch-screen controls; a self-squaring, side-belt drive system that ensures precise flap folding; fully-interlocking safety guarding, which protects operators while accessing the machine; tool less, color-coded case size changeover, and extruded aluminum frame construction. The BEL 290 also features a very compact design that allows it to fit easily into existing packaging lines.
