Orion's M Series wrappers are ideal for loads that are fragile, very heavy, light or unstable. Gantry
style stand can be loaded from both sides by fork lift, pallet jack or electric walkie. Can be placed
over existing conveyor. Both sides of wrapping area protected by fence-mounted photo eye/reflector
which stops rotation if beam broken. An ultra-reliable chain and sprocket drives a 12" precision ring
bearing which supports the 14 RPM rotating arm. . Gantry stand can be optionally expanded for very
large loads.

sprocket drives a 12" precision ring bearing which supports the 12 RPM rotating arm. One piece all
welded design rotary tower wrapper eliminates the need to mount to wall. Integral angled fork tubes
make set-up and transporting the machine easy. Simply tilt up, drill holes and lag base to floor.
Tilted carriage lets film wrap to within 2" of the floor allowing user to "lock" the load to the
pallet. Orion's Revo-Logic saves film and money by applying top and bottom wraps precisely. Photo eye
on top looks at bumper mounted reflector to stop rotation if an obstacle is encountered.

PACKAGING INC. Series 4100T semi-automatic overhead rotary arm spiral stretch wrap systems will wrap up
to 30 loads per hour, maximum load size 50” W x 50” L x 90” H. Load weight is unlimited – based on
floor capacity. Our “Rapid Thread” power pre-stretch 20” film delivery is one of the safest, easiest to
load, and operator friendly systems available. Series 4100 Titan “Simply Better” systems include rotary
arm speeds up to 12 RPM, easy to use controls, separate top and bottom wrap counters, variable speed
controls for rotary arm and film carriage drive motors, automatic load height sensor (ALHS) photoeye,
standard industrial type push buttons, relay control logic, NEMA 12 enclosures, and electro-static
powder coated paint finish. Standard electrical input requirement is 115V 15 Amps. All Series 4100
systems are protected by our standard 3 year warranty policy. Many standard options are available to
