Like Spectra, SpectraMax was conceived to use the enclosed design to the very fullest by
using its sturdy steel mast enclosure to protect major components from damage. With the turntable and
film carriage motors and gearboxes enclosed within the mast, as well as the electronics, there is much
less likelihood of damage to these components from careless forklift drivers, or even from

Increase End-of-the-Line Efficiency with the HPA-66. Orion's innovative film clamp & cut system makes
the HPA-66 a great way for customers to increase efficiency and save time. Why? Because the HPA-66 is
truly an automatic stretch wrapping system, the fork lift operator does not need to get off the vehicle
to wrap the load. Once the load is placed on the turntable, the driver simply pulls a hanging lanyard
to begin the wrap cycle. He is now free to attend to other duties and stay productive. Once the wrap
cycle is complete, the HPA-66 clamps, cuts and attaches the film tail to the load, and it's ready to
be picked up.

The new Orion CTS-67 is a Conveyorized Twin Station stretch wrapping machine
designed to increase fork lift efficiency and reduce load handling times by providing a powered infeed
conveyor on which unwrapped loads can be placed. This arrangement eliminates the need for operators to
place unwrapped loads on the floor, then pick them up again when the turntable is clear.
The CTS-67
was designed to fill the gap between our HPA-66 Platform automatic and the fully automatic, fully
conveyorized FA-66. By providing a powered infeed conveyor and a powered conveyorized turntable, the
CTS-67 is able to transport an unwrapped load from the infeed conveyor after a wrapped load is removed
from its turntable. This can dramatically reduce the amount of time spent handling loads.The
CTS-67 is built with many of the same components of our larger and more sophisticated automatic system,
yet with a list price of only $24,995, this system offers throughput speeds approaching fully automatic
systems at a fraction of the cost. |

COUSINS PACKAGING INC. LP 3200 Platform automatic low profile turntable (3¼” H) spiral stretch wrap
system will wrap up to 35 loads per hour, maximum load capacity 56” W x 56” L x 80” H weighing up to
5,000#. The LP 3200 is one of the most advanced Platform automatic Stretch Wrap machines built today.
The LP 3200 includes all electric driven film cut/wipe down and grip devices (no pneumatics required)
to automatically process the palletload wrapping without operator leaving the forklift truck, turntable
speeds up to 16 RPM, easy to use controls, separate top and bottom wrap counters, variable speed
controls for turntable(s) and film carriage drive motors, automatic load height sensor (ALHS) photoeye,
standard industrial type push buttons, fully electronic controls and logic, NEMA 12 enclosures, remote
start/stop control station and electro-static powder coated paint finish. Standard electrical input
requirement is 115V 15 Amps. All LP 3200 systems are protected by our standard 3 years warranty policy.
