MA-33 is our top of the line rotary tower automatic in terms of speed, weight capacity and features.
The FA-33 can handle loads weighing up to 6,000 pounds and features a 0-30 RPM rotating arm for
throughput of up to 120 loads per hour. This machine is an excellent choice for high production level

PACKAGING INC. Series 4100 fully automatic conveyorized overhead spiral stretch wrap systems will wrap
up to 45 loads per hour, maximum load size 50” W x 50” L x 80” H, weighting up to 4000# capacity. Our
“Rapid Thread” power pre-stretch 20” film delivery is one of the most safe, easy to load and operator
friendly systems available. Series 4100 fully automatic “Simply Better” systems include rotary arm
speeds up to 15 RPM (rotary arm - bearing supported), conveyor rollers 2-3/8” diameter on 3” centers,
53” EWR, up to 50 FPM speeds, soft start conveyor motor drives, photoeye control for load staging
logic, easy to use operator controls, separate top and bottom wrap counters, variable speed controls
for rotary arm and film carriage drive motors, automatic load height sensor (ALHS) photoeye, standard
industrial type push buttons, PLC control logic, NEMA 12 enclosures and electro-static powder coated
paint finish. Standard electrical input requirement is 208 V 3 Phase 60 Hz 30 Amps. Pneumatic
requirement is 3 CFM @ 80 PSI. All Series 4100 systems are protected by our standard 3 years warranty
policy. Many standard options are available to adapt the Series 4100 to most applications. Special
options are available upon request.

In certain
industries, especially printing, total six-sided protection of pallet loads is desired for total
product protection and to "lock" the load effectively to the pallet. Steel or poly strapping is
commonly used, however many customers would like to eliminate the high cost, high maintenance and
recycling issues of strapping. That's why Orion has developed a system based on a large ring
Constellation orbital wrapper combined with an FA (or MA) automatic stretch wrapping system. Customers
have realized greatly increased uptime while dramatically lowering total pallet packaging costs with
this system.
