This simple Automatic L-BAR
SEALER is the perfect cost effective step into Automation. The Heavy duty Steel Sealing Blades and the
Film Clamps are coated with a Hi-Tech durable Heat-Seal Coating to insure long life and strong seals.
SEAL-A-TRON ™ is proud to offer "Powder Coating" on all machines, hence producing the most durable
finish the industry offers. The latest Technology Solid State PLC with a 6" Touch Screen allows
absolute control of all machine functions. The most innovative features of this machine are the US made
24 Volt DC brushless motors. Next best thing to Servo Motors, they offer variable speed, soft start
control and dynamic breaking as standard features. With this combination of innovative technology and
"Know-How" the L-Bar Sealer has achieved a 20% increase in speeds over similar machines. With the right
product, speeds up to 40 packages per minute have been clocked. |
