Scale Maintenance Program

Many customers participate in our scale maintenance program. On a periodic basis, Riekes will calibrate your scale(s) to ensure an accurate weighment, and check for potential problems caused by the physical condition of the scale or wiring. A scale that is not calibrated can be costly - either you're undercharging for too much product or overcharging for too little product, causing dissatisfaction with your customers. We hope that you will find our scale maintenance program to be affordable value for your company.

We can calibrate your scale as frequently as you wish, from weekly to annually. If more than one scale is involved we are able to discount the per scale price. The contract quote is good for one year. Any parts or additional repairs needed will be billed separately at standard rates.
